 Magnet "Paper" Aug 20, 2010
The printable magnet worked well in my Epson printer. The colors were vivid. The sheets need to be run one at a time. The printer seemed to get magnetized and cause the magnet paper to stick, but I solved that by pausing several seconds between inserting the sheets.

I have 7 Grand kids and I get photos of them all the time in different frames with magnets on the back but they fall off frequently. I have found that printing them on these magnetic sheets they stick better and I don't have to worry about them falling and getting ruined. The kids love to cut them out and place them in different sections of the refridgerator door.

 Used for "Save the Date" Aug 07, 2010
My fiance and I purchased these magnet sheets to use for our wedding "Save the Date." Though the product isn't perfect (more on this in a moment) it sure beats the alternative which would have been paying at least 4 times the price to have the magnet made professionally. Additionally, an obvious benefit to creating projects on your own is the large amount of creativity your allowed. My fiance and I included a professionally taken photo on our "Save the Date" and were able to fit 6 of them to a page. Such a magnet done professionally would have cost at least $2 per 3"x4" magnet, whereas doing it ourselves costs approximately .40 cents per magnet.
About the product: it's very easy to use. I would advise feeding one sheet at a time to make sure your printer doesn't take more than one sheet at a time (they are magnetic after all). The print comes out beautifully and dries pretty quickly (we gave ours about 10 minutes just to be safe) and cuts pretty easily.
The downside: a small handful of recipients told us that the edges bent slightly and never stuck completely to their refrigerator. It was secure on the fridge, but not completely flat. Another downside (one I only found out about because we put the wrong address and the magnet was returned to us) was that the ink smudged a little bit on the magnet. We're hoping this was just an anomaly but we're still investigating. It wasn't awful, but it was noticeable.
Bottom line, the product isn't perfect but its the best out there if you want to do it yourself. For us, we spent about $45 to make 120 magnets. Had we got them done professionally, it would have easily cost us $240+

I use these to make schedules and then put them on my fridge. Very nice that you print right on the paper that is already attached to a magnet so no dealing with sticky tape, all you have to do is create and print.
